Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. All Sale items are final.
Returns (We do not offer money back returns)
Items must be sent back to Halos Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for online store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
To be eligible for a return, returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Halos Boutique and product tags attached.Please make sure you include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package and send to:

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-Returnable (No Exceptions)
Several items are exempt from being returned. These non-returnable items include: hair products such as hair extensions, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, health & personal care items and gift cards. The purchase of any of those items are all final.
If you send back the item you would like to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have the same or a specific style or size in stock. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Store credits do not expire.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
